You guys seemed to love last week’s launch post for my Friday faves! I love doing these posts because I feel like I can cover a bunch of things at one time! Let me know in the comments below what you would like me to try or what you would like to see in future posts.
LL Bean Slippers: An at home staple of mine for YEARS, these LLBean slippers are the comfiest and coziest around. I have gone through three pair of slippers in the past 10 years, so I’d say they’re pretty durable! I wear them every single day, summer or winter, and they are very comfy. They have a rubber sole, so I’ve even worn them outside a few times. I’ve seen people wear them to the grocery store (which you could totally do, but it’s not my style.) They are lined with fur throughout the inside and have a memory foam footbed. Perfect for people who stand all day doing laundry, aka me! I will link Jeff’s pair he wears every day, too! He is on his second pair. Our dog ate his first pair 😉
Benefit Bad Gal Bang Mascara: I have been a Chanel mascara snob for years thanks to my good friend, Jade. I have been on the lookout for another mascara for the past few months just because I wanted to try something different. Jade got me Sephora PLAY! subscription box for my birthday last year and a trial size Benefit mascara came in one of the packs. If you’ve never heard of Sephora PLAY! before they send a pack of 5-6 sample products each month for $10. It’s a great way to test out new products with no real commitment. I just heard they discontinued this program, but apparently are coming out with something new and exciting soon, so I’ll keep you posted! Anyway, I love this mascara because the brush doesn’t really remind me of a standard brush with fuzzy bristles, but more defined bristles…if that makes any sense at all! I’m going to share more on my Instagram stories and demo it, so maybe it will make more sense there! I am saving everything to my Friday Faves highlight for you to check out, too. What I mainly love about this brush is how long it is. I like this because it is tapered at the end, making it easy to get the lashes on the inside of your eye as well as your lower lash line.
KiwiCo. Panda Crate: I have raved about our KiwiCo. panda crate since we got it for Greyson for Christmas and not much has changed! I did a whole write up on it you can read here and there’s even a discount code for you to get your first month at a discounted rate. I love KiwiCo. because they offer subscription boxes for all ages (0-99) and all of their products are backed by child development experts. The toys they provide bimonthly are put through rigorous testing and help to encourage appropriate development based on your child’s age.
Loopy Case: I have been using my Loopy Case for awhile now and I can’t imagine how I ever lived without it. I am an eternal phone dropper, klutz, you name it, and this case has saved my phone on more than one occasion. I did a whole blog post write-up on the Loopy Case you can read here! If you’re in the market for a new phone case, you can use the code ‘homewithgrey‘ at checkout to save 10%!
Rose: I am not a wine snob by any means. I also don’t believe in drinking white wine only in the summer and red wine only in the winter. Rose all day is how I believe everyone should live! My husband picked up this rose for me on a recommendation from the lady who works at the liquor store. He said, “I want something that is dry and cheap.” Thanks, Jeff! ha! This rose runs around $15 and is definitely one of the best I have ever had! If you pick it up at the liquor store the next time you go, let me know how you like it! In case you can’t read the label it says: Finca el Origen Estate – Malbec Rose – 2019
